Bronze for Namibia

The first edition of the regional 7 Nations Dressage Challenge proved a highly successful one for the Namibian Team.

The Namibian team won the Bronze Medal in the event designed along the lines of the World Dressage Challenge (riders compete against those of the other nations on home turf and are judged by the same International judge throughout) to foster the dressage discipline in Africa south of the equator. Silver went to Team Zimbabwe and Gold to Team Kenya!
In the Individual Classifications a Silver Medal went to Rachel Grace Frankle on her pony Captain Jack Sparrow in the Youth Elementary Dressage, while Julia Aschenborn and Absolute Logistics Okongava Gondagarnered Bronze in the Preliminary Senior Event, as did Marlene Reisenauer on Büllsport Nanuk in the Young Riders Elementary Dressage.
The Namibian Team consist of Julia Aschenborn (Absolute Logistics Okongava Gonda), Alexandra Röhl (Seeis Luna Fonda) and Yvonne Le Roux (Seeis Contanus).
